Shipping & Returns

Return Policy  Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchange, refund, or compensation will be accepted beyond 5 days.  MPT accepts returns and will refund payment if customers are disappointed by the merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations.  Shipping charges for any other reason will be at the customer’s expense.

Cancellation Policy – An order cannot be cancelled after the product has been produced or shipped (Please contact us). There will be a standard cancellation fee of 50% if orders cancelled during production.
